Why rewatching Shows/Movies helps

  • They require less mental energy.
  • We know how they will make us feel, so we can use them to regulate our emotions.
  • When we’re dealing with uncertainty, they can offer predictability and safety.
  • They bring back happy memories of the first time we watched them.

I’ve rewatched Game Of Thrones, Lost, Friends, Grey’s Anatomy, but my favourite remains Friends. It’s my go-to show.
