Notice everything around you. The world is full of examples, ideas, words, wisdom, mistakes, and experiences.
Ideas or thoughts tend to disappear from your mind too fast. Try to capture them before they go away. Write them down or draw them out.
Reading is probably the best investment of your time ever. Devote at least 30 minutes per day to read.
Before going to bed spend ten minutes analyzing your day. Consider what things you managed to do well and what mistakes you made.
